Marrakech Design Tour: A One-Day Immersion for Creative Professionals, Design Enthusiasts, Artists, Architects and Interior Designers

• Meet directly with artisans in their shops
• Discover handmade goods of leather, ceramics, carpets, jewelry lighting and mosaics
• Explore the vibrant souks with their maze of local stalls selling wares ranging from leather, brass, pottery wood, silver and zellige tilework

• Discover how Moroccan artisans use local materials to design traditional and contemporary products. See first hand look where hand curated handicrafts are made by artisans. There are a range of products offered suh as Berber carpets, Middle Atlas rugs, furniture, lighting and leatherwork. 
  
  
• Tour the new city of Gueliz, including the Yves Saint Laurent Museum Complex: Majorelle Gardens, Berber Museum and Couture Museum. Founded by French artistic genius, Pierre Berge, these three museums collectively represent how the Berber culture of historic Morocco influenced art, fashion and nature during the French Protectorate and beyond.
  
  
• Visit chic boutiques and concept stores in Gueliz. This new town’s mix of Colonial and Historic, Art Deco architecture make it perfect for exploring.
  
  
• Explore Quartier Sidi Ghanem's designer showrooms and workshops in Marrakech's Industiral Zone where contemporary artists and designers create. Appointments to designer showrooms who specialize in interior décor and fashion can be arranged. This is a haven for Designers interested in lighting, fabric, furniture and other types of interior décor, including vintage collections of furniture.
  
  
• Engage with Moroccan International Designers and Tastemakers in the Historic Medina who have made Marrakech their home.
